Meal planning & prep is crucial
Making quick and healthy meals between studying and going to uni should not be difficult! Forget UberEats & Deliveroo, home cooked meals are often more nutritious, giving you the energy to study. We have compiled a few easy tips and recipes of what you could easily make in your studio. In order to meal plan like a pro, dedicate a chunk of time every week to prepare your meals for the week. Write out a list of meals and snacks you want for the week and write out your shopping list. Once you have all the ingredients, you can start prepping your produce and start batch cooking which is ideal if you want to freeze some meals.
