Watch Your Favourite Shows Or Movies

Hello Netflix, Stan and Binge! Laying in bed and watching your favourite shows or movies is not only comforting, but good for the soul! Comedies will have you laughing for hours, shows such as Friends, The Office, Schitt's Creek, Seinfield and more.

Read a Book

Take a Walk

Going for a 20 minute walk in the park or jog is a great way to clear your mind and increase endorphins before you get back to studying. If it's hard to commit to this, just add a reminder on your phone!

Keep in Touch With Family & Friends

In the year 2021 it has become super easy to keep in touch with family and friends. You can ether Facetime, Facebook messenger, Viber, Zoom, Skype and the likes. When you are feeling homesick or feeling down, chatting to a close friend or family member will put you in a positive mood and ready to tackle the day.
